Reviews:
In most cases, I wouldn't bother too much with compilation albums. Usually, they only have songs that you've already got on them, making them a waste of money.
This isn't the case where Madness are concerned, because they have produced a lot of songs that were only ever released as singles (ie. Driving In My Car, It Must Be Love and Sorry). However, I still don't collect their compilations. If that means I'm not a "die hard" fan, I apologise, but I'd only buy compilations if every single one had exclusive tracks that you couldn't get hold of otherwise. This is where the two compilation albums I own come in. The first Madness CD I bought is one, as it happens. It was thanks to "Divine Madness" that I came to know and love the band, so it has a very special place in my heart. Also, it came with a DVD with most of Madness' music videos on it; making it even more special.
The other compilation is one of my latest purchases. I highly recommend "The Business" because it has a lot of music on it that you can't find anywhere else. It also has some rather interesting snippets like jingles, interview clips and a radio play.
